Castle Valley Consultants is a multi-discipline engineering design and consulting company.  We have completed thousands of projects for public and private sector clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Castle Valley Consultants provides civil engineering, code enforcement,  landscape architecture, environmental services, land surveying, and construction administration to a wide range of clients.  We pride ourselves in being a trustworthy, reliable, employee-owned engineering firm.

Our professional staff can take a development project from property acquisition through construction. This ability offers our expertise to clients during all phases of a project which ultimately leads to greater project success. Tom Kelso, Gary Weaver, and Craig Kologie are the founding partners of Castle Valley Consultants, a multi-disciplinary firm providing engineering, planning and design services to public- and private-sector clients since 1997.

Gary Weaver, P.E.V.P. Engineering
Gary holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Spring Garden College and has been a licensed Professional Engineer for over 30 years. Gary Weaver has significant experience in the preparation of design and contract documents, including cost estimates, technical specifications, engineering reports, design calculations of water and wastewater process systems.

Mr. Kologie manages all aspects of the Governmental Consulting Services for Castle Valley. In this role he oversees the marketing and project/client development activities and works with the firms Project Managers to monitor project timelines and budgets.
